Important: Please read these Official Rules before entering this Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”). By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements below.

Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Directors, officers, members, managers, and employees of First & Goal Inc. (“Sponsor”), the National Football League and its member clubs (including Football Northwest LLC d/b/a Seattle Seahawks), Instagram, Inc. (“Instagram”), Facebook, Inc. (“Facebook”), X Corp. (“Twitter”), and their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, professional advisors, advertising, promotional, public relations, and fulfillment agencies, consultants, legal counsel, and their immediate family members (spouses, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and “step” child, wherever they may live) are not eligible to win any prize.

Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes starts at 12:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) on June 27, 2025 and ends at 12:00 PM PT on July 2, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period and meet the requirements in these Official Rules to be eligible to win a prize.

How to Enter: To enter, complete the following steps during the Sweepstakes Period:

• Instagram Method of Entry: (i) Log-in or join Instagram at www.instagram.com and set your account to “public” (joining Instagram is free); (ii) follow the Lumen Field account on Instagram (@LumenField); (iii) “Like” the TW Concert Pack Sweepstakes post on the @LumenField Instagram account; and (iv) leave a comment in the comments section of the same TW Concert Pack Sweepstakes post.‍
• Twitter/X Method of Entry: (i) Log-in or join Twitter at www.twitter.com and set your account to “public” (joining Twitter is free); (ii) “Like” the TW Concert Pack Sweepstakes post on the Lumen Field Twitter account (@LumenField); and (iii) “Retweet” the TW Concert Pack Sweepstakes post from the @LumenField account.‍
• Facebook Method of Entry: (i) Log-in or join Facebook at www.facebook.com and set your account to “public” (joining Facebook is free); (ii) follow the Lumen Field account on Facebook (@Lumen Field); (iii) “Like” the TW Concert Pack Sweepstakes post on the @Lumen Field account; and (iv) leave a comment in the comments section of the same TW Concert Pack Sweepstakes post.

Limit: One (1) entry per person regardless of method of entry.

Selection and Notification of Winner: On or about July 2, 2025, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The potential winner will be notified via email or direct message on the platform through which they entered. The potential winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification. If a potential winner does not respond within this time, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner in their place from the remaining eligible entries.

Verification of Potential Winner: POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A PRIZE WINNER UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE AND NO FURTHER ACTION IS NEEDED.

Prize: One (1) winner will receive:

• Two (2) tickets to The Weeknd concert (ARV: $300);
• Two (2) merch tees (ARV: $100);
• Two (2) Lumen Field clear bag fanny packs (ARV: $30);
• Two (2) Lumen Field lanyards (ARV: $30); and
• Two (2) $50 VISA gift cards (ARV: $100).

Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of all prizes: $560.

Alternate Winners: Two (2) alternate winners will be selected if the original potential winner does not meet the eligibility requirements or fails to respond to the notification within the specified timeframe.

Privacy: Any information you provide in connection with the Sweepstakes will be processed in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.lumenfield.com/about/privacy-policy.

General Conditions: Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Winner List; Rules Request: For a copy of the winner list, send a stamped, self-addressed, business-size envelope for arrival after the end of the Sweepstakes Period and no later than one (1) year following the end of the Sweepstakes Period to 800 Occidental Ave. S, Seattle, WA 98134, Attn: Marketing/TW Concert Pack Sweepstakes.
