The Seahawks and First & Goal Inc. have committed to an improvement plan to modernize and upgrade various areas throughout the stadium over the next few years. Below is an outline of current renovation projects and what fans should expect to see at Lumen Field.
Formerly the Ring of Honor Lounge, the new T-Mobile Endzone will undergo a full renovation this offseason to transform into a new 2,625 sq. foot sports bar complete with an 11’ x 60’ Mitsubishi 1.9mm High-Definition LED wall behind the bar. The T-Mobile Endzone will serve featured cocktails, beer, and wine on gameday, and will be open to all Delta Sky360° Club Level ticket holders.
Within the T-Mobile Endzone, Seahawks fans will see The 1976 Club, a new open-air semi-private loge box experience with four or six person seating options featuring heated, plush stadium seating and outstanding field views. Members of The 1976 Club will also receive all-inclusive food and beverage, along with a reserved dining table for each group and complimentary parking. A total of 14 new loge boxes will be constructed as part of The 1976 Club for a total of 68 seats. Sold as Seahawks full-season memberships, fans will also receive access to concerts at Lumen Field.

Lumen Field has expanded the venue’s use of Amazon’s Just Walk Out technology and Amazon One with new deployments at both retail and concession locations. Currently these locations include The Pro Shop Outlet (section 140), District Market (sections 104, 105, 123, & 323), Tutta Bella (section 137), Local Dogs (sections 109 & 135), Pizza Hut (section 107), and over 100 Amazon One payment portals at all concession locations on the Delta Sky360° Club level. More Just Walk Out technology will be added to the Summit Level this year.
Open to all fans on gameday, this project transformed the currently unused space underneath the stadium’s iconic Hawks Nest into a covered open-air fan gathering area with premium lower-level views of the playing field. The space features two nearly 40-foot-wide bars – Hendrick's Gin Cityside Bar and Tequila Herradura Cityside Bar – along with 83 feet of drink rails facing the field, an oversized outdoor gas fireplace, and Pacific Northwest-themed finishes.
As we look to continually provide a premium experience for our guests, we are prioritizing “fanovation” – where our fans and continued innovation are at the forefront of our decisions. We are excited for fans to see these new modernization projects emerge over the next few years.
The construction impact should be minimal for our guests. We apologize for any inconvenience.
