Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Am I required to be vaccinated to attend an event at Lumen Field?

A: Until further notice, in accordance with the current Washington state and King County guests age 12 and older will be required to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative clinically administered COVID-19 test result taken within 72 hours prior to the start of an event at Lumen Field.

Q: What types of vaccines are accepted for verification?

A: The following vaccines are accepted for verification and have been authorized by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or World Health Organization (WHO): Pfizer, Moderna, Johnson & Johnson/Janssen, AstraZeneca, Sinopharm-BBIBP, Sinovac, and Novavax.

Q: Do I have to be fully vaccinated?

A: Yes. Full vaccination means a person has received all the required doses of an FDA-authorized COVID-19 vaccine (two doses of the Moderna or Pfizer vaccines, or one dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine) or a WHO-authorized COIVD-19 vaccine series, and 14 days have passed since the final dose. Booster doses are not required to be considered fully vaccinated.

Q: Can I still attend events if I'm partially vaccinated?

A: Guests who are not yet vaccinated, have only received one dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or are not yet beyond the two-week minimum fully vaccinated window, must still provide a negative clinically administered COVID-19 test for entry.

Q: Do I need to bring my actual vaccine card?

A: In addition to your official CDC-issued vaccination card, a photo or digital version of your official card with your name and dates of doses, including the date the last dose was administered printed on the card, will also be accepted. We encourage guests to create a digital vaccine card via the CLEAR app or WAVerify to speed up the verification process on gameday.

Q: What types of negative clinically administered COVID-19 tests will be accepted?

A: Showing digital or printed documentation of a negative molecular test (also called a PCR test) or antigen test (also called a rapid test) within the 72 hours prior to an event qualifies as an alternative to proof of full vaccination. Documentation must be from a testing agent such as a laboratory, health care provider, or pharmacy. Self-administered rapid tests will not be accepted.

Q: What if I cannot be vaccinated for medical/religious reasons or have children who are not yet eligible?

A: Those age 12 and older without vaccination records must display a negative clinically administered COVID-19 test result taken within 72 hours prior to an event to be granted entry into the stadium. This applies to unvaccinated guests with approved medical or religious exemptions. Children under the age of 12 do not require a negative test for entry.

Q: What is the mask policy at Lumen Field?

A: Until further notice, in accordance with the current Washington state and King County mask mandates all guests and staff will be required to wear face coverings that snugly fit over their nose and mouth at all times except while actively eating or drinking. This is regardless of vaccination status and includes both indoor and outdoor areas of the stadium.

Guests seeking a mask exemption for medical reasons must complete and submit this form for review at least 72 hours prior to the event.

Q: Are staff at Lumen Field vaccinated?

A: All Lumen Field staff will be required to prove vaccination status or a negative clinically administered COVID-19 test result to work an event.

Q: Where can I get vaccinated?

A: Guests can find locations to receive the COVID-19 vaccine by visiting the vaccine locator tool on the Washington State Department of Health website.

Q: Where can I get a COVID-19 test?

A: Visit the Washington State Department of Health website for a full list of COVID-19 testing locations across the state. In addition to conferring with your healthcare provider, you can also schedule an appointment at Safeway & Albertson pharmacies across Washington to get a COVID-19 Rapid Test within 72 hours of kick off.

Q: When and where do I need to show my proof of vaccination or negative clinically administered COVID-19 test on an event day?

A: On an event day, this will be the first checkpoint as you approach the stadium gates. Once verified, you will proceed as usual through security and then to scan your mobile tickets for gate entry.

Q: What is the refund policy for tickets if I can’t meet these requirements?

A: By creating these options and safety measures, refunds will not be available. If you cannot meet these requirements, available options include transferring, reselling or donating your tickets.
