As we navigate a new era of public events, we are committed to providing a clean and healthy environment for every guest. We have implemented new measures to our operations to ensure we are exceeding industry best practices for cleaning and disinfection, food service, touchless technology and HVAC systems. Our utmost priority remains the safety of all of our guests, players and staff.

Frequently Asked COVID Questions

Q: Am I required to be vaccinated or show proof of a negative COVID-19 test to attend an event at Lumen Field?

A: No, proof of vaccine verification is not required. If you are feeling sick or have symptoms related to COVID-19, please stay home.

Q: Am I required to wear a mask?

A: Masking is not required per current public health orders. Stadium staff will continue to have face coverings made available at guest services booths.

As a reminder, public health requirements are subject to change and can impact the requirements for entry; be sure to check back for the latest information.



  • Over 300 hand sanitizer stations have been added around the stadium for your safety. Please wash and sanitize your hands frequently.​
  • Increased operation of HVAC systems to improve ventilation of building spaces while upgrading filter efficiencies to capture a greater amount of airborne particles​

Premium Areas

  • To minimize contact with staff, suite guests can now scan a QR code in suite to access a mobile ordering platform for any additional food & beverage requests ​
Box Office​
  • New technology has been implemented to digitally send tickets to mobile devices on demand instead of printing tickets
  • New self-service pedestal ticket scanners at all entries so guests can scan their own tickets and eliminate close contact between guests and stadium staff​​
  • Restrooms have been upgraded to feature touchless faucets, toilets and urinals​
  • All sales transactions at Lumen Field have been transitioned to cashless to eliminate the handling and exchange of money​
  • Increased the amount of touchless point-of-sale options at food & beverage, box office, parking, and retail locations. Further utilizing chip readers and tap-to-pay terminals.

  • Grab & Go options and spaces have been added to decrease contact between staff and fans​
  • Self ordering kiosks have been installed to give fans a self serve experience and further reduce contact between fans and staff

  • ​Leveraged the expertise of Aramark, our housekeeping partner, to implement an enhanced facility cleaning program based on elevated industry standards ​
  • All “high touch” surfaces in stadium common areas will be cleaned before, during and after each game or stadium event. “High touch” surfaces include door handles, elevator buttons, handrails, toilets, ATMs and other touch screens, turnstiles, vestibules, and water fountains.​
