As we enter a new era of public events, we are committed to providing the cleanest, healthiest environment possible for all of our guests. We have implemented new measures to our operations to ensure we are exceeding industry best practices for cleaning and disinfection, food service, touchless technology and HVAC systems. We’ve designed these new protocols so everyone feels comfortable and confident in their return. Our utmost priority remains the safety of all of our guests, players and staff.

Lumen Field will continue to follow all state and local public health and government requirements for outdoor sporting events, as well as NFL protocols, to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all guests, players, and staff.

Beginning Sept. 19 all attendees age 12 and over will be required to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination for entry at Lumen Field. In lieu of vaccination verification, fans may also present a negative COVID-19 test result taken within 72 hours prior to the event.

Mask Mandate

Mask Mandate

In accordance with the current Washington state and King County mask mandates, until further notice all fans and staff will be required to wear masks at all times except while actively eating or drinking, regardless of vaccination status. This includes both indoor and outdoor areas of the stadium.

Touchless

Touchless

  • Over 300 hand sanitizer stations have been added around the stadium for your safety. Please wash and sanitize your hands frequently.​
  • Increased operation of HVAC systems to improve ventilation of building spaces while upgrading filter efficiencies to capture a greater amount of airborne particles​

Premium Areas

  • To minimize contact with staff, suite guests can now scan a QR code in suite to access a mobile ordering platform for any additional food & beverage requests ​
Box Office​
  • New technology has been implemented to digitally send tickets to mobile devices on demand instead of printing tickets
  • New self-service pedestal ticket scanners at all entries so guests can scan their own tickets and eliminate close contact between guests and stadium staff​​
Restrooms
  • Restrooms have been upgraded to feature touchless faucets, toilets and urinals​
Cashless
  • All sales transactions at Lumen Field have been transitioned to cashless to eliminate the handling and exchange of money​
  • Increased the amount of touchless point-of-sale options at food & beverage, box office, parking, and retail locations. Further utilizing chip readers and tap-to-pay terminals.

  • Grab & Go options and spaces have been added to decrease contact between staff and fans​
  • Self ordering kiosks have been installed to give fans a self serve experience and further reduce contact between fans and staff
Disinfection & Cleaning

Disinfection & Cleaning

  • ​Leveraged the expertise of Aramark, our housekeeping partner, to implement an enhanced facility cleaning program based on elevated industry standards ​
  • All “high touch” surfaces in stadium common areas will be cleaned before, during and after each game or stadium event. “High touch” surfaces include door handles, elevator buttons, handrails, toilets, ATMs and other touch screens, turnstiles, vestibules, and water fountains.​
Staff Training & Implementation

  • All staff will undergo mandatory health and temperature screening upon shift arrival​
  • Employees are required to wear masks at all times, gloves will be worn while working in shared spaces​
  • Disinfection stewards have been appointed in each department to ensure increased employee training and proper cleaning and disinfection practices for all staff

GBAC™ STAR Accreditation

  • Established GBAC™ STAR Accreditation, the cleaning industry’s only outbreak prevention, response and recovery certification for facilities.
  • To achieve GBAC STAR™ accreditation, Lumen Field demonstrated compliance with the program’s 20 core elements, which range from standard operating procedures and risk assessment strategies to the implementation of personal protective equipment and emergency. preparedness and response measures. This accomplishment further reinforces Lumen Field’s commitment to guest and staff safety by certifying they have implemented the industry’s most stringent protocols for cleaning, disinfection and infectious disease prevention.​
